What is Freestyle Group Training?

Divided into 3 sections, your Freestyle Group Training class begins with preparation to move using vigorous mobilising warm up exercises to get you ready for the main workout, which is full of total body functional movements. The final section ramps up the intensity, pushing you to your limits, with an explosive burst of training, called The Finisher, which lasts for just 2 minutes but expends every last scrap of energy you can muster.

Working out in a group is a great way to stay motivated and focused, while meeting new people to share your fitness journey with. Our expert personal trainers will be there every step of the way to guide you through the class, ensuring proper technique to keep you working out injury free.
