Getting to know my Personal trainer – Philip, is one of the most enjoyable experiences in my life……

He makes me run on the treadmill and I love it, he encourages me do the weight training and makes me look good and slim.

I am a very energetic person and I do lots of sports such as Latin and Ballroom dancing, golfing, swimming and scuba diving. Since taking up Personal Training, my control, flexibility and endurance are much better now. I also found that my sports performance has improved.

I am also very pleased to see how fast I have reached the target that Philip has set for me. I feel great!

I shaped up in no time. He has taken a lot of effort in advising me on my food intake as well.

It’s all about changing your diet, eating less, avoiding midnight snacks, and also eating the right thing at the right time.

So, it’s time to get started on your personal training, You’ll be amazed at how easy it is to do!
