Once you are on an exercise weight loss program, there will be occasions when you just don't feel like getting out of bed. Thus, teaming up with an exercise expert will make you a BIG difference.
I joined the club last year and was given a session of fitness assessment to analyze my lifestyle and body composition.
After stepping down from the body composition analyzer, Jan, my personal trainer, explained to me that my Body Mass Index (BMI) was out of the normal range. The higher the BMI I got, the greater the chance I became obese. It in turn would lead to other chronic diseases like Hypertension and it would also increase the pressure over my knees and lower back.
Jan suggested that my body fat percentage was far above the normal value. She claimed that excessive body fat would probably affect my waistline and brought me into apple body shape. From then on, I realized I am in trouble with my health, not just figure!
I started working out with Jan twice a week and two extra days on cardio-workout on my own, the training program was so hardcore but FUN. Her circuit training did squeeze me out and ensure I was working out at my full capacity. That’s why I could loss weight at such a fast pace. I found myself got definition over my arms, butt and tummy.
Apart from exercise, Jan also advised me on my lifestyle and eating habit like cutting down snacks, drinking plenty of water to enhance body function. Nobody could believe I had such a tremendous change to my appearance and health in only 4 months. It seems amazing results dropping the weight from 56.6 kg to 47.4 kg and the body fat decreasing from 34.7% to 23.5%. I have restored all my energy and have experienced excitement from exercising.
I truly understand weight management is all about personal accountability. Buddy likes Jan help me to stay committed to the objectives and neither of us then permit the other to go back on the deal. I treat Jan not only as my personal trainer, but my wellness a coach.
