Almond Butter & Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter (or cashew)
- 2 tablespoons Innermost Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (optional)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4-6 ice cubes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strawberry-Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ medium banana
- ½ cup diced mango
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or cashew)
- 2 tablespoons Innermost Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 4-6 ice cubes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
