Skipping breakfast may seem like a good way to lose weight, but it puts you on a fast track to gaining weight. It’s even associated with heart disease and can cause you mood swings, but eat like a champion every day, and you’ll feel like one.

Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 bananas
½ cup almond milk
½ avocado
Topping
- 2 tsp almond slices
- 2 strawberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp dark chocolate powder
Method
- Soak chia seeds in water for 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
- Blend banana, avocado and almond milk into smoothie texture.
- Pour smoothie into bowl and top with all the ingredients.
