RAINBOW GARDEN SALAD
Add a touch of magic to the humble salad with sprouts, spinach, radishes and plenty of fresh herbs

Preparation
Combine the following ingredients in a bowl and top with nasturtium leaves and flowers.
Dress with your favourite dressing.

Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 200g mesclun mix
- 50g snow pea sprouts
- 1/2 cup (50g) mung bean sprouts
- 1 bunch English spinach leaves
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 3 (200g) tomatoes, cut into slivers
- 1 medium (100g) carrot, shaved
- 2 small (50g) radishes, sliced
- 3 sprigs each of basil, mint, Italian parsley & chives
