An easy smoothie you can make every morning, packed with freshness and protein for a healthy way to start your day.


  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla Innermost Health Protein powder
  • ½ medium (70g) banana, frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ tbsp natural unsalted almond butter
  • Water or Ice to blend (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients into blender
  2. Blend until smooth or desired consistency
  3. If too thin, add more almond milk and blend again
  4. If too thick, add more water/ice and blend again
