An easy smoothie you can make every morning, packed with freshness and protein for a healthy way to start your day.
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla Innermost Health Protein powder
- ½ medium (70g) banana, frozen
- ½ cup blueberries, frozen
- ½ tbsp natural unsalted almond butter
- Water or Ice to blend (optional)
Cooking
- Add all ingredients into blender
- Blend until smooth or desired consistency
- If too thin, add more almond milk and blend again
- If too thick, add more water/ice and blend again
