We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor / Assistant Facilities Manager
Possess experience in building facilities repair / maintenance.
At least 5 years’ supervisory experience in the technical aspect of property/ facilities management company, maintenance contractor or relevant job exposure covering the Residential, Commercial or Hotel or Recreation Clubs industries.
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines from Hong Kong recognized institutions or equivalent.
Familiar with maintenance term contractor contract and relevant administration work.
Familiar with central air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD skill is a plus.
Good communication skills in both Cantonese and written English will be preferred.
Candidate with following licenses preferable:
o Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)
o Registered Minor Works Contractor / worker
o Licensed Plumber
