GIVE YOURSELF A NEW CHALLENGE EVERY WEEK
If you like trying a new challenge every week, this class is perfect for you. Every class will be a different one, based on a series of three programs: Hardcore, Hardcore Overload, and Hardcore Maxx. We’ll use several training methods, such as HIIT, circuit training and Dynamic Movement Training. Each of these help to train your core, build your strength, and improve your cardio and movement.
In Hardcore, you’ll focus on training your core. We’ll take you through a series of challenging dynamic movement exercises using a mix of body weight and equipment. You’ll leave class with improved core strength and cardio.
Hardcore Overload is focused on building total body strength and explosive movements. You’ll do a mix of weighted and body weight exercises to consistently improve your techniques.
Hardcore Maxx uses body weight in dynamic movement training to get your heart racing. You’ll improve your cardiovascular endurance, and your body’s capacity for dynamic and explosive movements.
When Hardcore Series is on the schedule, you could be training any of these three programs. Come back often – it varies from week to week.
