Welcome to an indoor cycling class designed by a world champion. Working with the Fitness First team, Wong Kam Po incorporates his expertise into this workout. You’ll combine elements of road and competitive cycling disciplines to the beat of energetic music. We use different riding techniques, such as speed, time-trails, pacing, climbing and sprints, to improve your cycling technique. We’ll display your group’s heart rate for instant feedback and to motivate you even further.

This workout will improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, as well as give you more power during your cycling.
