We’ll take you through non-stop movements based on 6 moving patterns. The class starts off low impact, slowly building in intensity. You’ll tone your muscles, increase your range of movement, and improve your endurance, balance and flexibility. As it’s a low impact class, it’s great for recovering for a workout, physical therapy and treatment. Leave class feeling relaxed and happy.
