Welcome to a high-energy, whole body workout that caters to everyone, from total beginners to total addicts. You’ll push yourself to the limits from combining athletic moves such as running, lunging and jumping, with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
You’ll tone and shape your body while you work out to music that’ll energize and uplift you. At the end of the class, you’ll have burned plenty of calories and improved your stamina. The sports-inspired moves will also help improve your coordination, agility and, best of all, your functional fitness – the fitness that you need for everyday life. You’ll be quicker off the mark in everything you do.
And if you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level. We suggest that you start with 1 to 2 classes a week and work your way up from there.
