Welcome to Les Mills Tone, an inclusive workout that lets you train at your own pace, no matter your fitness level. In this class, you’ll find an optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training, along with different training concepts to make sure everyone gets the best results. With a challenging combination of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises, you’ll take your fitness to another level in just 45 minutes. The instructor is there to help you master the proper technique and exercise effectively at your current fitness level.
