Class Booker is available from 8:00am, 16 October 2018 for the classes on 18 October 2018.

What is Class Booker?

Class Booker is an online class registration system designed to make group exercise class registration simple, convenient and fast.

Where do I find the online Class Booker?

Download the ‘Class Booker by Fitness First”(Hong Kong Version) app for free available on iTunes App Store and Google Play.

How do I book a class on the Class Booker app?

*Please registered with us before you use the Class Booker.
1. Select a club to view time table
2. Please use the login information in the confirmation email to login.
3. Click on the preferred class (with the correct day, time and instructor)
4. Click on 'BOOK CLASS’
5. Your booking confirmation will be sent via email

Is the Class Booker available for booking daily?

Yes, Class Booker is available for the next 2 days online booking from 8:00am to 11:55pm daily.

Is Class Booker available for all Fitness First members?

Class Booker app is only available for local Fitness First Hong Kong members once registered. Guests and overseas members with Fitness First passport membership can still waiting for a standby before the class start at club. Standby list opens 20 minutes before class, on a first-come, first-served basis, 5 minutes before a class starts, our staff members will start releasing spots available for students on standby, subject to availability.

How soon can I make my class booking online?

Classes are open for booking 2 days in advance, and accept reservation from 8.00am to 11:55pm every day.

What should I do if I can’t attend the class that I’ve booked earlier?

Please cancel your booking at minimum 2 hours in advance so we can release your booking to the waiting list.

Will there be penalty if I do not inform you in advance about the class I’ve booked but can’t attend?

Yes there will be a penalty. 2 or more no-shows within the same month will result in:
-  Your online booking privileges being revoked for 14 days after 2 no-shows, 1 month after 3   or more no-shows.
For example:
2 no-shows within the same month = Your online booking privileges being suspended for 14   days.
4 no-shows within the same month = Your online booking privileges being suspended for 1   month.
-  During the period when your privileges are revoked, you will be able to standby for classes   in the club before the class starts, subject to availability.

Can I still register in the club for Group Exercise classes?

Yes in-club registrations will still be allowed. We have allocated around 50% of class capacity for in-club standby (This will be reviewed or be changed based on member feedback without further notice.) Please wait for a standby before the class start at club. Standby list opens 20 minutes before class, on a first-come, first-served basis, 5 minutes before a class starts, our staff members will start releasing spots available for students on standby, subject to availability.

How soon should I arrive before class starts? Do I need to confirm my attendance for the class when I arrive at the club?

Class Check-in opens at reception 90 minutes prior to class and closes 5 minutes before Class. You will be given a class ticket. Please hand over the ticket to your instructor at the start of your class. Once the check-in time over, you will be deny entry or check-in and count as a No-Show. Fitness First reserves the right to refuse any late attendees.

I can’t seem to login successfully. What should I do?

Please make sure you have logged in with the same email address we registered. If you have not yet registered, please go to the top of this page to register.

I have been logged out of the app and was prompted with a message “Looks like you have an account.” when I tried to log in again.

Please try
- Click ‘Forgot Password’
- You will receive an email from “mindbody” to reset your password
- Click on link and change your password
- Reload Class Booker app
- Log in with your email address and your new password

I got an error stating “Your scheduling privileges have been temporarily suspended.” Why did that happen?

I cannot log in via the web portal or Class Booker. Why is that so?

I cannot log in to Class Booker to cancel any of my classes. What should I do?

There is no booking button for me to book class during booking hours.

The preferred class has reached its online booking capacity. Class registration can be done at club 5 minutes prior to the start of the class, subject to availability. You can still waiting for a standby before the class start at club. Standby

Your position on the waiting list (via online booking) has no influence on your standby position. They are two separate lists.

You must be physically present at the centre to add your name to the standby list. Standby list opens 20 minutes before class, on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. 5 minutes before a class starts,  our staff members will start releasing spots available for students on standby.

Waiting List

If a class you wish to take is full, we will place you on the wait list and notify you of an opening as soon as possible by email.

When a reservation is cancelled more than 2 hours before the class time, a spot will be open to students on the waiting list. The system will send you an email confirming your space and you will receive a phone call from us too.

* No overlapping within the same time slot – this applies to both confirmed and waitlist bookings.

Waitlist and confirm overlap issue

Our online booking system will only allow overlap booking if you are already booked in a waitlist of a class while you book a confirmed class on top of it. However, the waitlist class will be cancelled automatically when the class is available as the system recognises you have got a confirmed class already. Therefore please monitor your waitlist booking and cancel the overlapped confirmed class if your first priority is the waitlisted.

Class ticket (Booked by Class Booker) and Class tag (Standby)

A class ticket (booked by Class Booker) or class tag (standby) must be presented to instructor for entry to GX classes. Class ticket or class tag will not be issued if lost. (Late comers will be deny entry per normal class etiquette.)

NO-SHOW POLICY

2 or more no shows within the same month will result in:
-  Your online booking privileges being revoked for 14 days after 2 no-shows, 1 month after 3 or more no-  shows.

For example:

2 no-shows within the same month = Your online booking privileges being suspended for 2 weeks.

4 no-shows within the same month = Your online booking privileges being suspended for 1 month.

-  During the period when your privileges are revoked, you will be able to standby for classes in the club   before the class starts, subject to availability.
