If you’ve ever tried Yoga, Tai Chi, or Pilates and loved it, then BODYBALANCE® is the perfect class for you. The class aims to improve joint flexibility, improves overall balance and stability, tones and shapes the muscles in the legs, arms and core, and enhances mental wellbeing. Classes are low in intensity, and are set to soulful, calming music. Our friendly, expert instructors are on hand to help you with any poses that you find challenging, and can suggest alternatives if you have any injuries that prevent you from performing a certain exercise.
