What is BODYCOMBAT®? 

BODYCOMBAT® is a martial-arts inspired workout which uses kicking, punching, blocking and striking movements (all non-contact) to burn calories, improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase your muscle strength. 

BODYCOMBAT® benefits 

Taking a regular BODYCOMBAT® class is ideal for improving your cardiovascular fitness, while strengthening muscles all over your body. Compound movements involved in kicking, punching and ducking utilise multiple muscle groups at the same time, which builds functional strength and endurance. It’s great for coordination and balance, and it’s also the perfect way to relieve stress and tension at the end of a long day or to get started first thing in the morning.
