BODYPUMP® is a world-famous barbells exercise class created by world renowned fitness brand, Les Mills. The class revolves around a choreographed barbell routine using light weights, and exercises are performed in a high repetition range in order to elevate the heart rate and build lean muscle (without bulking up). A class typically involves a combination of a number of different arm and leg exercises, including squats, overhead presses, deadlifts, bicep curls, and bench presses, all performed in time to upbeat music to keep you motivated throughout the class.
