Working with the Fitness First team, world cycling champion Wong Kam Po incorporates his expertise in road and competitive cycling into this indoor cycling class. You’ll combine different cycling disciplines and riding techniques to the best of energetic music. We’ll take you through time-trials, speed rounds, pacing, climbing and sprints, to improve your riding technique, endurance, and power. We’ll also display your group’s performance on screen to motivate you to push yourself even further.
