RPM™ is a class performed in a studio using upbeat, uplifting music, led by an inspiring instructor taking you on a journey and teaching you how to ride effectively all along the way. Short, fast bursts of sprint cycling are followed by longer, slower stretches of pedalling, all mixed in with a good dose of hill climbs and sprints to the finish line.
