All our classes are multi-level so you can join any session that appeals to you, even if you are a new starter. You won’t be overwhelmed because our expert coaches will guide you step by step, and let you work at your own pace.

GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Prepare

Arrive early for your group fitness class to connect with other members and the instructor. You need to be there well in time for the warm up so you are well prepared for the workout, and exercise safely.

Equip

For classes using equipment, this is provided for you. For Yoga classes, you may choose to bring your own mat. Leave behind personal belongings in your locker and wear sports clothing and shoes that are comfortable.

Inform

Let our certified group fitness instructor know if you are a first-timer, pregnant, or have any special conditions or injuries that might affect your movement during the workout. This ensures they are aware of your needs, and can provide you with different exercise options and intensity levels to best cater to your success.

Hydrate

Drink sufficient water before you begin the class and use the restroom beforehand. Allow at least an hour after a meal before attending class to avoid any discomfort. Ask your instructor to show you what else you can do before class to get ready for the workout.

Respect

We ask that you leave mobile phones in the locker to avoid disturbance. All classes are held in shared spaces, so coming into class late or leaving early also disrupts other students. We like to be respectful to others.

Progress

If you experience any discomfort or difficulty performing a movement, do not force it. You need to respect your body’s capabilities and boundaries so we recommend you take baby steps. Practice does makes perfect, so each time you attend a class the more familiar you will become with what to expect.
