• Valid for non-members and first-time visitors only.
• Must be Hong Kong resident aged 16 years and above.
• ID card is required for verification upon visit.
• Advanced phone-in appointment is required for all the free trial guests.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and vouchers.
• Not exchangeable for cash, products or services.
• Guests must abide by the Fitness First rules and regulations stipulated upon entry into the fitness centre.
• Fitness First reserves the right for final decision on matters pertaining to this free service trial.
