GET STARTED WITH OUR CERTIFIED PERSONAL COACHES

You are welcome to come and have a chat with us at any of our fitness centre front desks, where we will help and suggest appropriate packages for your training needs and lifestyle.

Terms and Conditions to the Personal Coaching Packages
1.Value packages are only available with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Personal Coaches.
2.Unlimited Group Fitness Private Classes require advanced booking and remain subject to studio availability. Each private class can be 30, 60, or 90 mins; the corresponding time will be deducted from your Personal Coaching Package. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice or the session will be forfeited. Approach our Customer Service team for the Group Fitness Manager's contact and Instructor schedule.
3.No more excuses not to do a session. Conduct a session with a Personal Coach near your home or office. 
4.Extended validity periods are based on the validity of Value packages. Validity periods may only be adjusted under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Fitness First Hong Kong.
5.Bring a Friend: Arrange a session with your Personal Coach and bring a friend along. Your friend must be an existing Fitness First cardholder in good standing and with the same level of service agreement or higher. Bookings must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
6.To reserve a Priority Booking slot for a Group Class, call the fitness centre up to 24 hours before the class is released for booking on the app. First come first served, limited spaces available.
