Our personal trainers prepare you to move by showing you how to stretch and activate your muscles. They explain you how to cool down after a workout and how to use a foam roller to work away muscle soreness.
It’s time to get moving! With Dynamic Movement Training, trainers will show you how to use your body’s natural movements to work your core, up your strength and improve your cardio.
