Through the fitness journey, I learnt that I am capable of so much more than I thought possible. Fitness changed my perspective of life. I gained confidence to participate in the Spartan Race (Super) and I took up Masters in Business Administration (MBA) while balancing time for family, work, fitness and studies.
As a lawyer, I was caught up with work and along with some bad lifestyle habits. I had a serious health scare and I know I need a change. After putting health and fitness first, I managed to summit Mount Manaslu (8th highest mountain in the world). And on 23 May 2019, I become the oldest Singaporean to stand on the summit of Everest.
