  • 2010年保障資料法
    個人資料是屬於個人財產，因此我們在網頁另外公佈私隱政策。若我們疏於行使此處使用條件規定的任何權利時，除非我們書面明確棄權，否則不構成放棄該項權利。
  • 退款政策
    - 報名申請為個人性質，不得讓渡、轉讓及退款。
    - Fitness First Terms服務計劃是為期十二 (12)月或二十四 (24)月的預繳計劃。已預繳的年費或其他費用在任何情況下均不能退款。
    - 當申請受理時，您應繳付參加費用及行政費用，此部分費用並不能夠退款。參加費用和行政費用可能會隨時進行調整，恕不另行通知。
    - 如您欲於合約義務期間內終止 Fitness First服務計劃，提前終止合約費用為：Fitness First Premium分店為港幣$1,000、Fitness First Platinum 分店則為港幣$1,500。您仍必須至少履行一半以上的合約，所有預繳款項不得要求退款、或作為合約終止期間之補償行為。
